QC Assistant Engineer (1 person):

Basic requirements

1. have a certain understanding of ISO9001, ISO13485, and ROHS, familiar with the incoming material, process, finished product inspection process;

2. familiar with electronic product inspection standards, skilled in the use of a variety of testing tools and equipment, have a certain quality management experience; 3. skilled in the use of WORD, WINDOWS, and other tools and equipment.

3. Skilled in the use of WORD, EXCEL, Kingdee system.

4. familiar with the company's management system and the documents to be audited; 5. received quality management related training.

Job Description

1.Perform incoming material inspection and timely feedback of incoming material quality abnormality; 2.

2.Pre-production materials, information verification, confirmation and record of the first piece, and retain the first inspection samples, from time to time in the production line inspection, finished products and shipping quality inspection, and record the real results;.

3.Fast feedback, tracking, handling of abnormalities, filling of corrective and preventive measures; confirmation of unqualified products on site, preliminary processing; and

4. Supervision of inspection instrument spot check maintenance; 5.

5. Responsible for production, outgoing program preparation, delivery date response and follow-up.

6. Responsible for the implementation and supervision of 5S in the work area; 7.

7. responsible for warehouse management; 8.

8.Completing other tasks assigned by superior leaders.
